No...Nox emulator is only if you want to use your computer as a mobile device. You can also use any emulator of your choice.

I think you didn't do the configuration right. on your mobile app go to general settings and do the configuration as explained in the video. Ensure to have good internet connection during this process

Hello king. It's quite possible as versions of the application definitely change over time. However, the basic concepts and functionality remain the same.

I don't really understand your question. On a configured device, you can control the user access by going to settings, then access control, and then main menu settings. There you can control what the user can do.

That's a possibility for online surveys. If you are collecting data offline, you will have to individually configure each smart phone with the account you used when creating your form. How to do this is detailed out in the video
