Kaitlin Armstrong, the woman accused of killing professional cyclist Moriah “Mo” Wilson, attempted to escape the custody of corrections officers Wednesday morning. Armstrong ran from officers while leaving a medical office building.

#awaitingSaint777 In general that's excellent advice... but what she needs/needed to do was walk into a psychiatrist's office to get a diagnosis & treatment... People who are mentally ill often either don't know that's the reason behind all the drama that seems to infiltrate their lives, or they're in denial about having mental illness. My point is that when a person is mentally ill- telling them (or even them telling themselves ) to "walk away" from a relationship is not going to work to end their problems (or the danger to others around them) because it doesn't address the issues that got them to that point in the first place. The man wasn't the problem... she, herself & the way she thinks & reacts to what happens in relationships she has is the problem.

Jesse Webber you need to check out the Men's Central Jail in Los Angeles. They have a hospital on the old General Population side, they also have a great medical clinic in the Twin Towers Correctional. When there is something they can't handle they take them to Los Angeles County USC hospital. The Sheriff's and LAPD have their own entrance and they typically drive 13 passenger vans with 8-10 inmate's. They come from all detainment facilities in LA County. There is a miniature prison inside the hospital, you have doctor's and intern's that know they are working on inmate's. For inmate's receiving over the top care that hospital has a floor with bed's for prisoners. Just trust me. It would be really cool if you covered that aspect of being in jail, you're innocent until proven guilty so they look after your health like your life depends on it. They don't want to get sued by someone found not guilty. Twin Towers is the largest mental health facility in the COUNTRY! Shouldn't some hospital be bragging about that instead of a County jail?
