hi, it is still not clear for me. the same resolution but a different bit rate. what is a piece of information in every second? What really makes them(bit rare and resolution) different? It seems they are very related. thank you.

This video doesn’t explain what to do when file size is limited. Should I be lowering the resolution or bitrate?

Both resolution and bitrate are equally imperative so it depends on the context. If file size is limited I would advise using Handbrake (A legit video transcoder software) to encode your video as it will retain the video’s overall image quality but reduces the file size so it is more optimised. Therefore instead of dropping the resolution or bitrate (which may lower the video quality) you could run it through Handbrake to limit the file size but keep the video’s quality clean and killa!
