I completely agree with his feelings about finding the group more charming the more you learn about them. Learning of their backgrounds actually lead to me being more interested in Korea, the history, society, and culture. Usually for foreigners (at least in my experience), the only place you hear about in Korea is Seoul. But now, I see places like Daegu and Busan getting more general recognition too.

Thank you. I enjoyed his perspective as a video director. I also was pleased to learn about how the flowers were filmed cracking in the "Shangri-La" video. I was also happy to note that the director was still able to enjoy an MV for its own sake. Sometimes a person's occupation will mean they analyze things to the point that they no longer enjoy the product they produce. This producer analyzes the video yet still enjoys the video for itself.

I happened to see this video on my recommendation and I didn't regret one bit to watch this from A to Z! I love how you invited the Director-nim to analyze BTS's BST MV (I've been wanting to see from a director's perspective) and he's so open-minded, and his reaction and personality is no joke, I like him! This is actually a really great analysis with the perspective of a video director. As an artist, I shared the same ideas about colors and height perspective, but he really touched on things I didn't take into account with my POV, like 'dramatization' and the fact that BTS CAN do videos like this because of their high ability. Because I'm not in the industry, I never thought the idea that a lot of idols/celebrities can't act, but BTS can, so the possibilities are more open for MVs and extra projects.
