Today got fined for not wearing helmet, infront of me they stopped 4-5 girl for around 10seconds and let them go without any challan. I was frustrated to see this that the traffic police guy was so bad. Before i paid the fine he was being rude, the moment I paid, his tone totally changed like he's very caring.
