I also don't know why you are calling the current regime undemocratic, when (a) most of the government officials, with the notable exception of the president, from before Maidan remained after it, and (b) the current president isn't the same one who replaced Yanukoyvch, Zelensky was voted in in 2019.

God protect the Ukrainian people and the Russian soldiers who were forced to fight in this war (by their Russian leaders into this unnecessary war, sure Russian soldiers are the enemy...but by the end of the day they're just soldiers FORCED/made to follow orders by their superiors, we're all humans and I know that some of these Russian soldiers do not want to be involved in this war but they have no choice otherwise the Russian government would punish soldiers who attempt to not comply, that is why I wish that both Ukrainians and Russian soldiers stay safe, but of course it's never easy to just instantly stop a war like this, especially since the opinion to this war is just violence stopping violence

For two, Russia not only violated their own agreement first (Budapest Memorandum), but they violated their agreement by invading Ukraine in 2014. When has Ukraine invaded Russia? And ask yourself, why does Ukraine and almost every eastern European nation want to join NATO to begin with? Do you think they would want to do that if Russia was trustworthy? Most Latin states don't trust the USA, and that is not a coincidence. Is it also a coincidence that Russia's neighbors are either puppets or hate her?
