I have a fun easter egg for you. Tekken 8 has come out recently, and since Tekken 5, King has had a move where he does a 360 step known as 'Jaguar Step'. In each main series game the move has been in, he will get dizzy and fall down if you hold down the spin button for too long. This is also in Tekken 8. Another easter egg is if you stand outside the Tekken Dojo while in a online Fight Lounge in Tekken 8, you can see button notation on a sign for Electric Wind God Fist, Tekken's most famous move.

Small correction: the Man-Bat jump scare is unavoidable, it's how you start his questline. It doesn't only take place when you play the game on Halloween: Arkham Knight is set on Oct 31st.

Manbat shows up at any time. Not just Halloween. That jumpscare is the start to a series of side quests. It's not an easter egg. If you want to 100% complete the game, you have to finish manbats quest line

Found an easter egg in Talos Principle 2: If you go explore New Jerusalem, go into the Simulation Museum. If you go all the way through there (to the end of the QR Code hall), you will be presented with 3 replica puzzles (replicas of Talos Principle 1 locations) if you go to the right one (the one that looks like a castle) and immediately go to the right into the bushes, you will find a gated off area behind these bushes. There you can see some Serius Sam cutouts just chilling.

on the showtime map from cod ghosts in the beginning of the video, that isn't the only neversoft logo you can find. if you check the map from a top view and zoom out far enough you will see that the whole map itself also forms the neversoft logo. (it was also the logo for hitting max prestige in the extinction gamemode)

Ghost Recon (Also reminds me of I Am Bread a little) There’s also other levels that are references to games but I’m sure they’re obvious but they reference GTA (Grand Theft Scratchy), Medal of Honour (Medal of Homer) & EverQuest (NeverQuest)! :) The other level, Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game is a reference to a bunch of things like Kingdom Hearts, Okami, Pokémon, Star Wars & Final Fantasy. Anyway, may have got carried away with this one as it’s a childhood game of mine. Keep up the great work! Can’t wait to see more!

For the simpsons game factory posters, its this order: 1. is referencing EA Sports fight night series, but also the controversy stemming from Mike Tyson biting Evander Holyfield's ear off, hence the name "Bite Night" 2. is a subtle name chance of Katamari damacy, however it is easy to realise that it is reference Katamari by spotting the giant ball of random objects in the background 3. is obviously a Mortal Kombat reference, specifically Mortal Kombat Deceptions (most people dont know that game existed), they just removed the t from mortal and put ned flanders in because he is a devote christian 4. Project Shelbyville Racing is a reference to Project Gotham Racing, specifically the first installment of the series, as the font is the exact same and even replicates the box art for it, however simpsons differs by having viewable drivers in the poster while the original doesnt (and no it is not related to batman) 5. Toast recon is a reference to Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon series (yes he made more than rainbow six, shut up) and is specifically referencing either Future soldier or Advanced Warfighter

I got an easter egg in a sense for you In Yugioh Master Duel if you go to the credits screen there will be a 'controller' on the bottom right side of the screen based on the quick play Spell Card Enemy Controller and if you click it and enter the Konami Code on the controller(you gotta click the inputs on the Enemy Controller) the credits and music will change to a classic 8-bit oldschool style

I reckon it's quite early on in the game, but in Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League, after your squad arrives in Metropolis and Hack has accessed the comms chatter from Brainiac's troops for you, I'm fairly certain some troops mention Killer Croc. Can't remember the full context of why he was mentioned, perhaps something about him being corrupted, like the Justice League was, so if that is the case, my guess is he could've been part of one of the previous Task Force X squads deployed by Waller, as I'm pretty sure both Waller and Flag mention other Task Force X squads to Harley, Boomerang, Deadshot and King Shark. But another reference you can get is to Killer Moth, if you talk to the tech support named Edwina Hooks, she mentions how she somehow ended up working for him at one point.

The TMNT ooze has a official name it’s called the mutagen ooze (from dimension x) and is revealed to come from the glands of kraathatrogons, it splices any beings dna with the dna of what they last touched so in splinters case he stepped on a rat tail and became part rat, it also acts differently depending on which dimension the affected thing is in.
