A little something to add to the Dead by Daylight Easter Egg. The Entity (the in-game God) can only recreate vague copies of the worlds it pull Survivors and Killers from. It's most likely that Gordon is only there because Amanda (The Pig) or Detective Tapp (for some reason) remember his body being there. While The Entity can create copies of worlds it infects, it can only do so with what information it has. Otherwise it makes up the rest and shoves it in there. ... I don't know why, I really like the Lore of Dead by Daylight, as dumb as it can be sometimes.

For Dead by Daylight one, The Entity creates maps using killers' memories and thoughts since it doesn't know much about our actual world. In this case it is The Pig's, Amanda's, map. She prepared that trap with John and we know that she makes her traps impossible to escape from to make sure that subjects die. So she thinks that Gordon should've died there and shouldn't have escaped.

In COD Mobile Battle Royale’s Isolated map, if you drop at the Sanitarium you can find a graffiti on the wall which points towards a closed door and has a picture of a teddy bear with “X8” written next to it. You can then search the Sanitarium to find 8 randomly spawning teddy bears. Shoot them until they burst into confetti then if you return to the door it’ll be open. Inside is some loot and a teddy bear holding a blood-stained, flaming axe, with two smaller teddy bears standing behind them. Wouldn’t have found this one if it weren’t for your videos, they made me realize something was up the second I saw a teddy on the ground in a COD game.

In AC Valhalla there is a side quest where you are offered a cake as a reward. Once finished you won't get a cake and Eivor says: "so the cake is a lie". When you than wanna leave the conversation the NPC says : "stay a while and listen". So that's to games references in one conversation. Just love it :)

A detail I found in hitman 2 is that, you now how if you have a pistol out and go behind a person and press eliminate you’ll shoot them twice in the back but if you only have one bullet in the mag he’ll only shoot them once even though it’s an animation.

In the mission ‘The Gulag’ in Modern Warfare 2 Remastered, there’s a part of the mission before getting to prisoner 627 specifically before getting to the gulag showers where an explosion happens caused by the navy; your character Roach reacts to the direction of the explosion whichever way you’re facing, so if you’re facing left he’ll go fall towards his left and if you’re facing forward he’ll get pushed back. I thought it was a good attention to detail.

OK. I have a theory on why Doctor Gordon is in the bathroom of DBD So, along with the Gideon Meat Plant being added, we got two characters, Detective Tapp and Amanda Young as the Pig and, in the movies, Amanda dislikes when the victims survive the traps when they should have lost which, Gordon technically did, so, to fuel Amanda's killer drive, it created this fake Gordon in it's realm to show Amanda how it should of been in her eyes

I have a couple of easter eggs that you may or may bot have covered, in AC Valhalla, some merchants sell “Fantastic flowers and where to find them” an obvious reference to Fantastic beasts and where to find them. off of Valhalla, another easter egg is in fallout 76, at the pumpkin house, the mr. handy robot is named jack, a reference to jack skeleton, the pumpkin king.

Easter egg/ detail suggestion, In the game dead cells by motion twin, you can find a weapon called valmonts whip, obviously a reference to the belmonts from the castlevania series

The thing with Gordon in The Game map isn't a mistake. The Entity (basically an eldritch being of DbD lore) takes these locations from a specific point in time and only approximately recreates them as it doesn't understand what is and isn't concretely there. Which is why all the maps are randomly generated each time with different tiles. So in other words, when the Entity was recreating the Gideon Meat Packing Plant, it didn't know that Gordon had escaped and thus assumed he would've died there. Likely meaning that it would've taken the map into its realm not long after Tapp got his throat slashed in the first movie. As Tapp also has a scar on his throat in the game for that very reason.

The yellow X is definitely a reference to Siege. Back in 2014 (AC: Unity), the game has minimal hidden rooms. With sieges release in April 2015, and AC: Syndicate in October 2015. I pretty sure they AC series brought the yellow X to mark out the secret rooms and breakable surfaces.

The Valhalla one…Ubisoft loves showing items of interest, and intractable objects with yellow paint. It being a X seems like a rainbow six siege callout no doubt. However, Rainbow Six is Ubisoft’s most popular game. And anyone who plays Rainbow Six would instantly recognize it as breakable. I think it’s a gameplay decision, as well as being an easter egg

I dunno if this counts but in Cyberdimension Neptunia, there's a dungeon that will be unlocked as part of the story which is the Unreal World. Aside from being a clever, multi-layered joke/reference (since Neptunia is about gaming references, the cast is actually playing a VRMMO that runs on UE4, the game itself is made using UE4, etc.), the dungeon is literally the Unreal Engine 4's "Content Examples" project file made as a playable dungeon.

On the Saw Easter egg the most reasonable answer is he could just be unconscious after Gordon severed his leg he uses a nearby pipe to cauterize the wound before passing out & being saved by John Kramer ( Jigsaw ) & ultimately becoming an apprentice himself.

by the way, with confirmation, the dead by daylight easter egg is there because the dbd realms are memories of the survivors and killers, so gordon is dead as a memory of david tapp, who failed to save them in enough time, the rest is all amandas memory as she set up the entire facility by herself while john was sick, i presume jigsaws room isnt there as thats a memory amanda doesnt want to remember, but the gordon part is confirmed there as tapp thought him to be dead as he died
