In Saints Row, once you buy the venture/clothing store “Planet Saints” you can go inside the actual building. Once you go inside check out the walls closer toward the ceiling. There are little cherubs painted on that are modeled after Johnny, Shaundi, Pierce and Zimos. Some other characters are there too but they’re less recognizable.

Surprised you didn't mention that the guy from Midnight Fight Express was a horse man named "Bo Jacket" - a reference to both Jacket (the main character of Hotline Miami) and Bojack Horseman. The woman from Reprobed calling him "Luke Starkiller" is also a reference to Starkiller being the original name of Luke Skywalker, before it was changed. Also also, the Portal easter egg in Saints Row goes a bit further by having the barrier called "The Aperture" - as in Aperture Science, the company the Portal games take place in!

Here's a couple of details that I found (though I'm not sure if you've already covered them) In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, if someone has flown to or from your island, and the sky is clear, you can look up and see the vapor trails from their plane. The second game is Portal 2, *_but there are end-game spoilers_* When you and GLADOS make it back to Wheatley in the main facility, GLADOS tries to shut him down by telling him a paradox, as AI will typically break down trying to comprehend it. Wheatley is too stupid to really think about it, but there are multiple small robots in the room who suddenly break down right after GLADOS tells the paradox.

CE, here's another Easter egg for you : In War Thunder, when in test flight with aircraft, you can hear this dialogue: Radio Tower : "What's your status?" Aircraft: "We're on course, on time and on target. Everything is fine how are you?" This is a Star Wars reference as to when Han Solo and Chewie are battling out stormtroopers while Luke is freeing Lea from the Empire ship (It's surprisingly easy to do, just fly any aircraft and the radio message will be triggered at some point.

A giant comb from space balls with blow up dolls on either side, multiple saucer crash sites, a monolith with hovering rocks and directions for an Easter egg hunt, and a strange golden totem at the edge of the map behind a mesa that I haven't found what it's referencing

in Destroy all humans 2 if you read the minds of NPC in Japan there will be a reference to Revolver Ocelot. in Saints Row reboot there is a take down animation that is a reference to John Wick, the action is that the player hits the throat of the enemy before shooting but the gun clicks and the player reloads before shooting, this is similar to the scene in the nightclub where John did the same thing to one of the guards, however do note that this action seems rare as i only managed to do it twice during my whole gameplay
