Cool video. Those of us who were around in the efnet IRC days remember hanging out with many pioneers of the emulation community including the ensuing controversies.

This is so great and hell I remember my early emulation days being all about Japanese versions of DBZ games and Pokémon Green.

I'm not sure how to describe it, but this video gives off a sense of warmth and welcoming to the subject of emulation. If this was deliberate, I want to give kudos to those who worked on it, not only for being good at what they do, but for applying their skills specifically to a subject I really like. ❤️

Since my niece sold my copy of Skies of Arcadia; emulation has been the only way I can play it. But it’s also not just games. These days I am also running Amiga emulators to enjoy that old OS.

Very cool. Love the art. A lot of games skipped Australia, so I used emulators as a young teen to play games I couldn't buy here as a kid.
