I put the asterisk there because there's an explanation in the description. It's Casino Night Zone from Sonic 2, as covered by someone who I believe was a Korean gaming fan club/zine that existed in the early 90s. Really neat stuff. I read an article about it at some point when I first found the comp this track was on, but I don't remember where I found it!

i got it from a comp cd of music from its publisher so im honestly not sure. they make kind of 18+ type games if u catch my drift and are fairly obscure. i find a lot of game music just by browsing thru soundtracks so im not sure exactly what the sources are always if im listening to comp cds.
