Xevious seems like my kind of shooter. My timing isn't the greatest, probably because of my handicap at birth. So shooters that don't have a big amount of things coming at me is what I prefer. Thanks for the video.

Xevious is definitely one of my all time favorites. Tetris is my wife’s favorite game. Probably your most underwhelming boxes ever but you also have gotten really awesome boxes as well, I always felt that December boxes from VGM always felt under valued, don’t know why. At least there are some good games to play. My youngest child is actually ranked and has played Mahjong tournaments. Personally I don’t understand any of it.

I have a subscription for NES to build my collection. This month, I received an extra game for a total of six games. Here's what I received: Anticipation, Bases Loaded, Sesame Street 123, 5 screw Karate Champ, Iron Sword and Skate or Die!. I bet they sent everyone an extra game for the holidays this month. This service may not be the best value, but it's fun to get a blind box monthly. Cheers!

Nah, that's the way I have it set up - I fidget too much when I'm filming and got tired of having to reset my camera every few seconds to make sure I was in frame. This has face tracking .:P

Tetris and Xevious! To the Earth is super underrated. I played through that game dozens of times as a kid. Just keep the zapper close to the screen and you're good.

Dude…the look on your face and the I wish it was Pit Fighter comment had me laughing out loud. 😂 A bit if a rough one this month but Tetris and Xevious are wins. I agree about Tetris. Much better on the NES than the GameBoy. The Tengen version is the better of the two but it’s damned pricey now. Appreciate the shout out Jay! 🍻🤙🏻

And Fight Night Round 2 will always be the best Fight Night game because of the control scheme, which EA dumbs down more and more every year. I bought an online adapter for my PS2 and played it online all the time. And i still play the 13 year old Fight Night Champion Online today.

I know you like VGM, and I do enjoy your unboxings, but it's not really a lottery. Random, sure, but there's no jackpot happening where someone is pulling out some extremely rare, valuable game that's worth several times the cost. It's really just hoping there might be something fun. Even going at price charting values, most people probably aren't selling what they don't want at that value. For people that enjoy it, hey, no harm, glad they enjoy it! No one should do these expecting a real value or potential to get something expensive- just hope to get something you might like and break even... though more than likely, you'll get a bunch of errands having to store or sell something you won't like.

I had to stop VGM. This was happening way too often. It was cool to try different games but they were creating way too much clutter and too much shovelware.

Even though the value wasn't quite there, a few of the games you got are fun. Can't put a value on that! You probably average out OK over time. I've never heard of that light gun game. I actually have a few I do play on my CRT setup. I hate how much space it takes up, but it's so worth it. Take care! 🟨
