Love Grandstream. Just did an install with the latest GS AP units in a chain config, only one connected to the network, the other power locally via small POE transformers. Linked four structures. Solid as rock. Very happy. VoIP Portland has done a lot of phone/UCM installations since 2014 but it is pretty rare we are asked to do WIFI but nice to know GS has us covered.

Thanks for sharing valueable information. In India your company is not providing us Technical support and Guidance for 52 Access Points purchased worth 6 Lakhs for an NGO to provide Free Internet Service. After raising a support ticket your representative reply us to get help from the Vendor from where we purchased your Access Points.Very Poor response and service available in India. Please make sure to get it improve otherwise it will be a bad effect on your Company.

With all due respect, it is the selling entities' (dealer's) responsibility to provide support unless stated otherwise. In US terms, if I purchase a Ford Truck and something goes wrong I don't try and contact the Ford Corporate, but a dealer. If Grandstream sold products direct on their website, that would be their responsibility however they do not. Distributors and dealers are there as a middleman of sorts. One of their (normal, again if specified) is support if they sold the product.
