Well done That’s how most stretches should be done never forced however working to ones individual threshold point which of course improves Cheers Grant who is a long time advanced massage therapist Wellness Coach & Body flow PT & former PE teacher. Also went on an ongoing mission to find quality plus ways of maintaining all quality plus wellness shape that does not compromise the spine muscles tendons & joints following many past serious sporting injuries.
