This is extremely useful, looking forward to Part 4 and hopefully we see more cameras like camcorders that can send NDI signals via wired and wireless connection.

Thanks for the video. I'm hoping the next videos will show how to "unleash" a BirdDog Studio NDI and allow it to "fly" wirelessly! :)

How can you plan for WiFi as an example if I had a better antenna would I overcome traffic congestion?

I will be giving some examples next video. It's not just about the hardware., Yes you need to have good equipment, but it's more important to choose a clean channel, have a good signal strength and SNR.

Yes I understand but I don't have an option. How do I choose a clean channel. My device gives me whatever it wants to give me?
@martinkeding42286 жыл бұрын
You can only choose a channel at the AP level, not at the device (phone, laptop etc). You would log into the AP and set the channel manually. Often the AP is set for "Auto" and therefore you are forced to whatever channel it selects at startup. Do a scan first to see what would be the best channel and then login and set the AP to that channel.

How do I get to the AP?
@martinkeding42286 жыл бұрын
That depends on the AP manufacturer. Typically you open a web browser using the IP address of the AP. eg. 192.168.0.5. Then login
