Of the three I have so far, Drillhorn is the most finicky to get into alt mode. Both due to his head and the legs. But once you got it, he's rock solid.

Yeah, the hip rotation joint like to make the hips rotate in a little too much, and it's difficult to get the inner leg flipped all the way into alt mode. But once it's in place it's all good like you said.

I'm surprised they didn't hinge the horn on his head like the Combiner Wars one did.

Yeah, but it is pretty tiny and likely easy to break if they'd done that.

If you take his chest piece off before transforming him into alt mode, there is a hinge in his chest that comes forward to help fold away his head

Yeah, I mentioned the hinge in the video, but I've never managed to make it work quite right, as the lower part of his helmet seems too wide for the new gap.

The lack of an option to turn the drill into a knee spike is offensive to me. But jokes asside this guy reminds me a ton of the rhino/drill tank mugenbine, like i swear its got the drill mode shape down nearly exact

I never got that one. I have the stego copter and godzilla shuttle.

@@peaugh I just checked mine and it had 2 smaller drills Infront of the tracks but elsewise the shapes there. Mugenbine was such a great series, if someone remade it with a different peg system (so they didint wear down) it would be amazing.
