Optibotimus: In regards to the leather flap material, it is referring to the bullet holes Arnie gets when he is protecting John Connor. Sarah is removing these bullets when John asks him if it "hurts". Plus the bullets line up with the bullet holes on box I believe. Thanks for the great review I love mine!

Thank you! I didn't realize the assault rifle's clip came out and the stock moved! I thought mine was defective because the stock was twisted slightly, but I was able to untwist it. I did have one of my display base lights go out for some unknown reason, hopefully sideshow can help me out.

The piece of leather the figure came with represents the garage scene where John Connor held up a leather jacket in the light showing the bullet holes in it. John then asked "Does it hurt when you get shot" and the Terminator responded "I sense injury, the data could be called pain".

It can be a clip or a magazine, depending on the firearm. The firearm you were showing(the pistol) is a clip. However, for the rifle it is a magazine. And for the first weapon you showed, it is called a China Lake, and it is a grenade launcher.

T800 is a great figure, Paul. I've got the original DX Hot Toy. There's nothing makes about it but it came with quite a accessories. Overall, I was impressed with the new true type body

Mmmm weapons in order of appearence, M79 grenade launcher, self propelled grenades, grenade bandolier, magazine/chip, 9mm pistol, crow bar, M16 with adjustable stock and so on Wow sideshow has hit this one out of the park. One of the best looking figures they have produced and so many great accessories. If I hadn't just spent $500 on transformers I'd be ordering it in an instant. That weapon you first showed is a grenade launcher, and the worn part is where it was broken by the T-1000. The grenade launcher has a shotgun/rifle like handle.

This has got to be one of HT's best, rarest and most expensive figures alongside DX11 and Vito Corleone. DX13 has also got to be the last best DX figure with the PERS system. They don't make it like this no more. I honestly believe that this will go down in the history of Hot Toys as one of, if not the greatest figures they have ever produced. It nails every criteria of being the best; TWO headsculpts with an excellent likeness to Arnie, intricate battle damage details, a lot of accessories, well tailored suit, adequate articulation, a light up feature, a PERS system and on top of that, this is the governator's penultimate and most iconic movie role ever in his entire career. Its no wonder this bad to the bone figure is worth hundreds of dollars online. Edit: Added rarest and most expensive.

i would imagine that little piece of leather looking material with the bullet holes represents the scene in which sarah and john are the bullets out of the terminator's back so that would be part of the jacket ? i could be wrong but its my best guest.

I'm pretty sure the first weapon you looked at (the one with the ammo belt) is a grenade launcher, those rounds are too big to be bullets. As for the machine gun, I THINK it's an M16, not sure though. And if i remember correctly, you've said a few times during your Terminator reviews that you wished they'd release a Sarah Connor figure, well, if you haven't seen them yet, Hot Toys are releasing 2 of her; one is the T1000 disguised as her, the second version seems to be one of her when they at that ranch (where they picked up all their guns) after they escaped the hospital.

It's not a clip a clip doesn't have a spring and mags do a mag is a thing that has a spring in it that pushes the bullets into the thing btw not angery just helping out.

NECA figures are tremendous as well. Especially for the size of them. AT the 7 inch range, no one can top NECA with their figures. But Hot Toys are incredible in their own right and i'm thrilled to have both in my collection.

I know this is an old video, but there is a reason why there are no bullet holes on back of the the T-Shirt and the figure is very movie accurate because of it. When he received most of those bullet shots to the back earlier in the film during the Galleria Mall shootout, he was wearing a black shirt, which would have been the one he stole off of the Biker along with the rest of the outfit. Sometime later after rescuing Sarah from the mental hospital and finding shelter for the night, Sarah removes the bullets from his back and bandages up the wounds. It is from this point until the rest of the film that he starts wearing a grey T-Shirt to replace the bullet riddled black one he wore earlier, so there should be no bullet holes on the back which is film accurate. Most of the figures from Hot Toys and NECA reflect the shirt color change depending on what point in the film the figure is meant to depict.

Allow me to educate you on firearms, since you clearly need it, and lack the ability to research yourself. The pistol is a colt 1911. The part that you can pull back or “cock it” is called the slide. The machine gun is a m16a1 carbine rifle. The clip that holds the bullets is called a magazine. The one that shot the “gigantic bullets that exploded” is an m79 grenade launcher or also commonly known as a thumper. The “shoulder holster” is called a bandolier and holds additional grenade rounds.

It would have been much better if you could move the actual terminator eye from the endoskeleton skull in the battle damage Arnold skull, the movie didn’t have cgi at the time it was made so I get it that they wore makeup and the eye of the endoskeleton couldn’t move and only light up but hot toys could’ve make it work
