The cop directing traffic in this video, Vic Cianca, was featured 25 years later in the movie Flashdance. With his white gloves, whistle, and athletic moves, he was a legend in the 'burgh.

The harm done to cities for "progress" is crazy. The problem with traffic jams isn't the city, it is the automobile.

its everything in my opinion. a lot more than the automobile, but i agree. i just put this on here because i love my city and its the only old video i found that's like this. appreciate ya
