When used as a transmitter, you'll be able to connect wireless Bluetooth headphones to your TV and hear your TV better - Perfect for people who can no longer hear TV at its usual volume and people who'd like to watch TV late night without disturbing his/her family.

I have one of these that I use to transmit my phone to my stereo, and to transmit to my Sony WH-1000MX3 headphones. You only get the advertised range under absolutely perfect, ideal conditions, but otherwise, I love this product.

Try using the "-" button on the transmitter while the freebuds are connected.

I bought the device recently, but I'm having problems with the audio on my headphones Sound Intone BT-09 the audio is cutting or no audio output, I use the device in the room with a range of 03 meters. The pairing was done correctly, but the problems persisted. I would like some support regarding the problem. Does the device only support specific headphones? Thank you!

Hi Shane, Yes. Normally you can. But before that you need to find or consult the speaker supplier for an proper audio output jack of Aux (a headphone jack , RCA etc.) or Opt on AV. Transmitter/receiver mode. Does that means I can't shuffle through songs with buttons on my Bluetooth headphones? They should send a Bluetooth signal to Avantree that I want to change a song but if Avantree is in transmit mode only, how would that work?

Hello, thanks for asking. Unfortunately, no you can't shuffle songs if you're streaming through a transmitter. Your headphones can communicate and "control" the transmitter via Bluetooth, but the transmitter cannot "control" your source. The only way to switch songs is to control the source directly, such as using a remote control on an AV receiver. Avantree Support

I got this so I can possibly use my hearing aides on pc but it doesn't pair my bluetooth hearing aides when I use rx but they pair as tx but can't use tx on pc or sounds funny. So there is that I had hopes with this device

Hi there! So if you're trying to transmit audio from your PC to your hearing aids, the Oasis should be plugged into the PC and set to transmitter mode. Receiver mode would be if you wanted to (for example) transmit your phone music to your speakers with the Oasis connected to the speakers. The Oasis is also designed for TV connection for optimal results. If you want to connect your hearing aids to your PC, I would recommend our USB Bluetooth Adapters! These are designed for optimal PC audio usage. I would recommend our DG80; it's Bluetooth for audio only and has been tested on connecting to hearing aids. I'll leave a link below. I just bought one of these and I wanted to put it between my LG 55 4K and my sound system with bar and Bluetooth speakers only to be able to sort of the 5.0 Bluetooth from my TV and be able to connect a couple of Bluetooth speakers but I am having a really hard time

Well, I finally made the pairing, it looked like it has some interference with the Bluetooth speakers and didn't allow me to connect both my huawei earbuds ... Now the problem is that they are too loud and I don't know where to put the volume down. I'm connecting through optical mode and neither the tv remote nor the earbuds themselves are able to put the volume down

Remember the Oasis needs to be in RX mode. If it still asks for a code in RX mode, try 0000 or 1234... though it shouldn't be asking for a code either way.

Is there a way to extend Bluetooth. I have this, I listen to stuff with Bluetooth headphones when doing chores, but there are annoying dead-spot when I change floors.

Hello Celia, looks like abcd54f is a product of another brand... but if you're using digital optical to connect your transmitter to tv, you'll need to make sure you go into your TV settings and change the digital audio format to PCM.

Hi Taran! You need to delete the headset from your TV's Bluetooth Paired list. This should be in your TV settings.
