I was wondering how you assigned the leap to midi through geco? I tried but I can't map it to the leap motion. Normally you select midi map - then you push the button to assign it to an effect or clip or variable. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey Eric, The guy who developed the Geco app made a series of tutorial explaining how to use it, I just followed those and that did the trick. kzbin.info/aero/PLHBN1EATIE1QWXqo5zfLe77q0cRDTEeuc

I figured it out. Thanks! Now I'm trying to use touch designer and the built in spout plugin for resolume arena 5 to bring in a particle system that reacts to the leap motion.... you wouldn't know anything about that would you lol

Sounds like an awesome plan! I couldn't get spout to work properly, I decided I was going to learn how to use processing for a day or so but couldn't get it to feed into Resolume so gave up [maybe a bit too quickly]. Do please let me know how you get on. Tom.

Are you using the camera as input to generate the black and white graphics and using the leap motion for control?

+temporaryaccount68 Yup, first half of the video is using the camera as an input. Made it negative so it goes black/white/black/white etc. Second half is the feedback that is built into Resolume.

+Luca Giovannardi Thanks, I used an app called Geco to get the the Leap to send out MIDI messages. When you install the Leap you can find Geco in the app store.
