6:03... uh... that is actually illegal. The use of tax payer equipment to display a message that is not politically neutral, on public property, by a public official that is operating in her official capacity as a representative of the state... all tax funded... without it being approved through legislation, and the voters. Is it though? I thought by virtue of being a member of specific political party (ie democrat) there isn't a political neutrality to begin with. Especially considering her political affiliation is included when she was voted in, isn't the flag a moot point? I mean there's plenty of "in God we trust" despite a significant percentage of Americans neither believing in said religion nor voting for its presence on statues, currency, etc. Just generally speaking of course. The transgender flag itself _is_ politically neutral. Transgender is not a political party. The fact that it is controversial doesn’t change that. There are Republicans that support transgender rights and Democrats who don’t; there are Republican transgender people. It’s not all or nothing, and you are egotistical indeed if you believe you speak for your _entire_ political party. Your argument is flawed and flat-out untrue. You quoted a law without fully understanding what “politically neutral” is and came to an incorrect conclusion.
