Dear sir, I am Dr. Prasadarao kalli, I am a NRI US CITIZEN and a retired person. Now I am staying in sainikpuri secunderabad in a multi story building in my own apartment. Every summer we have a big water shortage problem we buy water at the rate of 2000rupees per month per flat. Though it was mandatory to have a soak pit for all new buildings, very few followed the rules even when showed in the plan drawing .as a cost cutting measure implementation was only a show.l am very impressed by watching the KZbin videos. I really appreciate the method and techniques and infact everything... BUT THE COST OF THE PLAN IS HUGE FOR SMALL AND MARGINAL FARMERS... Apart from the plan the construction cost is extra, DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT THIS METHOD CAN BE IMPLEMENTED OR USED BY POOR FARMERS...
