I showed your video to Assistant passport officer of RPO Bhopal, they said you dont have knowledge of rules and you are playing a trick to book paid consultation. No such rules are there which can change DOB that easily in passport and the penalty system is over for such matters. Either she is wrong or you are wrong, she is not accepting that such rules still exist. In my case they sent this matter to MEA Delhi instead of solving at their end which is in process since last 4 months. .

I have applied for correction of DOB using my 10th mark sheet and birth certificate with in 5 years using information from your video, that I had wrong DOB in documents i used to get fresh Passport due to error. RPO Bhopal issued a notice against me for hiding birth certificate and 10th mark sheet, they mentioned they shall file criminal case against me under section 12 passport act 1967. They refereed my case to Ministry of External Affairs Delhi.

In my case the old passport officer got transfered and new one gave my passport within a week after bringing my matter in his notice. Such issue depends on kindness and nature of Passport officer, just beware ki kaam karan hai toh Dada bahiya karna hoga. In my case the passport old officer had so much attitude that she wanted me to beg and praise her which I didnt so she delayed every thing and purposefully complicated everything,

Mera pasport 1989 mein bana tha phir jab bhi passport expire hota main renew karwata rha ab 2022 mein mera passport expire ho gaya, main passport mein apni date of birth High School certificate wali likhwana chahta hu kaise ho sakta hai. kiun k meri passport mein DOB alag hai or High school certificate mein alag, Kiya renew k liye form fill karte waqt main date of birth chage kr k likh sakta hu, because mere sab documents PAN, AADHAAR CARD, Driving License, High School mein date of birth ek hai lakin passport mein alag hai 1970 jab sab documents mein 1973 hai, pleqse help me 😢

Sar Mera passport 2012 Mein banaa hai tab Aadhar Card Nahin Shuru hua tha use time mere pass proof ke Taur per 8th class ka certificate tha Jis per date of birth galat likhi gayi thi Usi ke hisab se passport ban gaya tha ab mere pass 10th ka Sahi date of birth hai jo 1986 ka hai aur 8th class ka date of birth tha 1987 joki galat tha ab mere pass Sabhi documents 1986 ke hi hai Meri date of birth view 986 ki hi hai abhi Meri Umra 35 Sal Hai isko Kaise thik kare

Sir, i have passed matriculation in 1978 . At that time in our Admit card no date of birth is mentioned except year, month and date . So when i apply Pan card somehow calculation of dob was 1964. In the basis of PAN , I made Adhar card and Passport in 2017. But actually my dob is 1963. How can I change my Dob in passport as 1963. I'm a govt retired person.

With all due respect, sir Very essential subject regarding changing one's date of birth, sir. Please ask the government to issue an order so that citizens have the opportunity to update their records if all paperwork has been correctly validated. To the interest of the general public, lawyers associations should bring up this subject. Human error must be given the opportunity to be corrected. 🙏🙏🙏

Sir, my passport was issued on 25/03/2010 and my dob in that is 09/02/1992.. so as per that I’m major.. But my correct date of birth is 09/02/1993.. in every document including birth certificate and 10th marksheet.. So as per that i was minor when passport was issued.. It is expired now and due for renewal.. so, I want to change DOB.. it can be done or passport office will decline the request.. I haven’t travelled to abroad also..
