I'm at 838k subscribers posting shorts. I look at my Audience Analytics and look at the times most of my viewers are online watching KZbin. In general, you should post at 10am, 12noon, 3pm, and 6pm. This is just one of several ways to maximize views in the first few hours.

@@tanarahdove I focus on KZbin Shorts and what I noticed there is that the Hook in the beginning is soo important. Maybe start your Hooks at the Beginning, so that you grab viewers attention real quick. Something like: "I tested this, so you don't have to, and these are the results...." or: "I ordered this, so you don't have to.." or "This is what I ordered and this is what I got". Hope this will help.

My goal is to stay consistent with a series that has done well for me in recent months. I quit on it when views started dipping. But I'm gonna try it again because as long as I pick the write ideas and the write videos to point viewers to in the end screens, I believe the videos will begin to perform really well.

I did an experiment and uploaded shorts for a whole month. Got a few 10k views ones and most reached 1k but it did not help my channel grow at all. I really don't think shorts are worth it if you usually upload normal videos. I'm still growing by about 25 subscribers a day which I'm happy about.

I've had success splitting up my long forms into shorts. Took me about an hour to create 7-8 shorts, since I just duplicate and re-edit my timeline. They are as high quality as I could do, but they still upped my sub rate by about 20% and got my branding in front of a lot of new viewers. When I was doing unique shorts that were separate from my main video, it just wasn't worth the effort, but this low-effort conversion had results that justified the time I put into it.

i have over 140,000 subscribers & KZbin was my full time job since 2010, and NOW im about to become homeless, all my time, effort, blood , sweat and tears down the drain all for nothing, all due to youtube changing up the website way to many times, youtube used to send out numerous notifications a day now they only send out 3 a day, plus the algorithm is messed up as well, half my subs dont even get my videos anymore, its sad that this was my full time job now ill be homeless living in a tent in a couple of weeks! Unreal! as much as i love my subs and fans, it goes to show you that it doesn't matter how many subs you have in 2024!

I'd say amazing titles and thumbnails is 80% of what makes you get views the other 20% is your video, atleast this is what I have experienced in the past, with other channels I have had and this one as well.

My niche has so many searches, watchers, etc…but even after a year of researching competitors, titles, descriptions, etc I have no idea what to do. My competitors have worse quality videos, random titles, no descriptions, no tags on the video or their channel, and they still are getting thousands of views while I am still averaging around 100 views a day with 98 videos
