Excellent and clear presentation. Not an easy subject so we need such a clear structure when engaging to study Ramanuja. I realized this professor wrote a book “Indian Philosophy” that I am trying to buy after viewing this. Hope they ship it to Europe.

It is not clear what Ramanuja intends to say. Contradicting Sankara is one thing but what is Ramanuja's stand is not clear. It must be understood that the language we use for communication is not sufficient to describe Brahman and hence Scholars before Ramanuja had used techniques such as neti, neti and paradoxical language to describe Brahman knowing the limitation of the language.

Over and above last prophet on this earth basaveshwar says in his vachana that God is omnipotent omnipresent omniscient omniarche omnijudge of papa and punnya in this life or the next life. God is embodiment and incorporeal in other words he is universes. Universes is God. God is in universes galaxy stars planets satellites comets falling stars water air atom particles animals including man and heart of the animals including man plants water air atom particles earth and heart of the animals including man plants water air atom particles water air atom animals including man plants water fire..the universes are subsumed in the God. Basawadi shivasharanas and shivashsaranies deleted Vedic culture yagnya yaag Vedic culture homa Havana puranas aagamanas kandacharas since they are outdated. Mythology says that gods and goddesses on the one side and evils like asuras raxasas on the other side making Himalaya churning stick anantashesha a big serpent as a rope churned the sea (samudra manthana)producing somaras amrut poison good & bad things on this earth. They are all outdated. We need updated philosophy which is available in basavadi shivasharanas and shivashsaranies phylosophy. Request all philosophers of the world to frame single religion and single. government so as to avoid avoid expenditure on defence which is unproductive expenditure swallowing half of human income spent on defence.repeated matter maybe ignored.phylosophy is discussed centuries together. Unfortunately no philosopher conceded the existence of God except basaveshwar. Previous phylosophical ideas became null and void or in vain.pl.read the vachanas of basavanna who is last prophet on this earth.
