- 90g butter;⠀
- 60-75g sugar (to taste);⠀
- 100 ml of milk;⠀
- 2 eggs;⠀
- 1 tsp baking powder;⠀
- 0.5 tsp vanilla (optional);⠀
- a pinch of salt.⠀

1. Beat soft butter with sugar, vanilla and salt. ⠀
2. Add eggs and beat. Sift flour with baking powder and mix. ⠀
3. Add milk and stir gently. ⠀
4. Turn on the waffle iron. When it is hot, put 1.5-2 tablespoons of dough in the center, close the lid and bake until done. Waffles will be crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. ⠀
