The work us written for two organs: The great organ at the back en choir organ. In this recording they used an Allen digital organ for the choir organ as the choir organ was completely destroyed in the fire. The choir organ is currently being build and will he installed in 2026. The Allen organ did a very good job

As far as I know, In the first two days of reopening (December 7th and 8th), the 4 co-titulars of the great organ alternated during the religious functions. So it could be any of them: Dubois, Escaich, Fajoles or Latry. The only certain thing was Castagnet at the choir organ (temporarily electronic).

Yes, there is, absolutely. Whoever plays the great organ must anticipate slightly, otherwise the sound would arrive late in the altar area.

This is why there is a conductor. As a choir member you should never anticipate on the sound even if the organ is just a few members away from you.

Apart from that, there is a synchronisation issue in the whole video. Most of the time video is a second earlier than sound.
