The pilot, Randall L. Neville, has flown the F-22, F-16, F-4, and T-38. He was a test pilot for the F-22 and an instructor pilot for both the F-16 and T-38.

Pity the pilot flying almost never looked out of the window! It is easier to fly steep turns accurately on instruments but I thought that these experienced pilots would fly visually a bit more than they are in this video.
