whilst that would be nice, I think that it would take the joy of seeing a water canon salute down to just a cleaning of the aircraft
@CyberSystemOverload Жыл бұрын
Are you serious? What a colossal waste of water. I think they need to stop these "salutes" altogether. Stop needless waste.
@aviation_ireland2937 Жыл бұрын
@@CyberSystemOverload a water canon salute takes the same ammount of water as 3 10 minute showers. correct me if I'm wrong but most people take 10 minute showers alot, sometimes every day. however an airport usually only has to give a water canon salute around once per year, if even. if you are saying that an airport can not use water that would run a shower for 30 minutes just once a year then mabye we should have less than 3 showers a year? showers are a waste of water as we can simply take a small amount of water and clean ourselves with it.

It’s so nice to see Europeans coming to America to enjoy Disney world and that they have some non stop flights available for it! Ik not all the passengers are probably doing that but generally if you’re flying to Orlando from afar it’s for Disney world even though I must say downtown Orlando is beautiful and so underrated! So if you are going to Disney make sure to visit the downtown Orlando area you won’t be disappointed! Great restaurants and nightlife with a very clean and newer feel than most cities of its size.

Since the system is fly by wire, do they still make pilots use the rudder pedals or a tiller wheel to steer the plane on the ground or have they figured out to put a steering motor in the front landing gear so you can steer like a car on the ground?

They have most of their planes on a "pay by the hour" agreement, so now, in very low season 5-6 of their fleet is parked up in Oslo and has been used, like HiFly, on Ad-Hoc flights for charter companies now in Desember. They also carry quite a lot of cargo on the belly. Fish from Norway. Car parts from Germany and other cargo.
