great video, i just book it syd hanoi tokyo return for Dec return Jan. look really good specially for the price. Qantas was more expensive for the same trip but economy class lol. My family and i r looking forward to enjoy Vietnan airlines business class. Thanks for the video

Another great trip report Mr Do! I enjoyed the new talk to the camera approach. The detailed description of the lounges and flights are appreciated! I Must admit I was a little worried when you didn't have bubbles in the lounge/s, but phew, you had some inflight! 😆I do like Vietnamese coffee but will always take the vodka milkshake morning tea option if I can get it😎 I can certainly agree with you, the service offering on VN is definitely superior to that of Qantas (which I've flown to Manila and Hong Kong), to which QF still hasn't brought back hot towel option as yet! Keep up the great work buddy!

Hi Dave, another great vlog, thanks 😁 Personally I try to prioritise daytime flights on widebodies but your flight looked pretty good !! You are dead right about Qantas, their on board product is nowhere near as good as what I saw in this video, I guess that's why I ditched Qantas lol.

@theGavinN hi Gavin, you're right. If not only I'm a sucker for Cathay First lounge and QF sydney F lounge I would also leave OW :( STARLUX has just applied for OW membership and will be flying to Sydney soon so that's a carrier to be looking out for.

Just booked HAN-SGN-SYD one way in business for 90,500 Virgin Atlantic Flying Club points travelling in January next year. No award availability on the direct flight as shown on this video. That would have cost only 75,000 Virgin points. Actually I missed out booking it as there were 2 award seats on the direct SYD service available on my preferred date and they were snapped up because I took to long to decide my itinerary. Meals look good and I would like to try the beef pho as I have never had it on a plane! Thanks for the inflight review

Ah yess..they did receive their initial 4 Airbus A350-900 with a staggered layout in Business Class. These planes do not come with a proper Premium Economy class
