Hi, what if I am going to Vietnam for TESOL course for a month? Should I select student on my eVisa application and what documents are required?

For someone who intends to live and work in VN but doesn't have an employer yet, can they apply for the tourist visa, then get a job, process work permit, temporary residence card or convert to work visa within the initial 90 days validity period? Or must it be a business visa from the beginning?

Hello Mam, A language center is wanting to hire me. I am from the Philippines. I went to Vietnam embassy in Manila and was notified to submit an invitation letter and the signed NA2. My employer is on process of getting the documents. My question is, if the business visa would only last for 3 months, should my employer process the work permit if they will hire me longer than 3 months? Hope you respond. Thanks.
