Hi:) some teachers say shadowing, which is repeating every phrase after the presenter, is of immense help. This method really helped me, my English is about intermediate level and no natives around to practise live conversation, but thanks to listening and repeating, also talking aloud to myself, I'm rather fluent:) have a good one!
