Vietnam doesn't have high education level to develop into developed country. Vietnamese think they can BS way around it which never happened in the past. All these developed countries in Asia like S Korea, Singapore, Japan and Taiwan has high education level which Vietnam doesn't have. Rug pull from S Korea will make Vietnamese to work the jungle again. Better get that shovel VC!!! lol
