Very informative & accurate. I'm thinking about joining this USMCVTA. As for the New Guy issue. . . . . During my first 2 weeks as a loader, I was only allowed to switch my helmet intercome to tank crew exclusively. They warned me that I would be totally confused if I heard what was going on outside the tank. Later, once I got used to listening to the infantry communicating with my tank commander, I could anticipate what kind of round to load ahead of time.
