well, I would suggest keep the entry point as Ho chi minh city and exit Hanoi. I think you will be exiting from Hanoi back to India. So we have to consider the entry/exit points when we are entering Vietnam from India or leaving Vietnam for India. Since this is a multi-entry there should not be further any issues.

looking into other comments, looks like others are having same issue as mine with surname and given name. My surname field is empty while given name has everything. While applying visa, i just split the name into two (one i filled in surname and the other in given name). Hope it wouldn't be an issue.

Well, there could be issues with the site itself sometimes. Secondly, I was also trying to upload a photo 4x6 for someone and it was returning the same error. I tried readjusting the photo size as well and it worked. So I suggest 2 things here. 1. try after sometime 2. resize the photo in some online tool to 4X6 cms. It must work

Well, this is a know issue. It is an issue with the site itself. Click on the print option before you hit print try to save the file as PDF. You will see that option when it opens the print console. Else take a big screenshot of the visa page and print it. Check your mailbox too if you have any visa notification or any file that is attached below. I hope this helps.
