I love the video " seasons in Vietnam" all three of my alarms were discombobulated this morning so now I have to send a digital message to my job that I will be late. I will still proceed as I would with my routine that starts at 4 in the morning not 5 in the morning. I am going to be studying my Vietnamese words, watching my super great find video called " seasons in vietnam: temperature and climate by month" 8.18 minutes long by Alexey-L" AND doing my exercises because my body feels and needs what I am giving it. I cant do Cardio right now, I am being disallowed but I need cardio. I will put it in the back of my mind, meaning; I entend to do it but not at this exact moment. My resoning is = delemas. I have enough "snacks" to last me almost two weeks. This means, no depression, no sore muscles, no extreme tiredness, no falling asleep at the wheel, and better concentration. I will be useing every moment to its fullest for the next few days. (there will be an outcome to my tardiness today but I do not know when or how yet I do know for sure there will be negative stipulations that will occur at both my place of rest and both my jobs. Its all tooo weird. I will handle it.)

It is 4:30 in this great morning.iwill be doing only one set this morning and arms of course there are food issues. Today I leave at 7:30 in the morning but will not be returning until 8:30 in the evening. I will need to travel 2 hours to get food. The food and living situation in the town I live in the USA is bad ridiculous. I get only snacks not real meals but at least these snacks do not hurt me. The meals they have side effects. I grabbed the definition of a snack for you. Most countries do not have 'snacks'. A snack is; a small amount of food eaten between meals... The meals here where I live cause severe side effects, high fat contents, feelings of severe depression and tiredness so severe it gets scarry driving..I do not get much to eat. I do not plan on living here forever. I am not set on just Vietnam for living. I really love water, everything about it. I would like please to live somewhere with water.

It is 8:30 in the night and I just got here. I have been gone since 7:30 in the morning. That totals 23 hours. The USA sucks I cant wait to move. There is too much dishonesty, distrust, and nonfellowship here. I do not expect a perfect environment but I prefer simplicity. Just work a little, laugh a little, eat a little, travel a little, be a human person at least sometimes. I am greatfull for You Tube and chatting with no one as opposed to not chatting at all. This is auto-generated nonsense. They matched audio files to the written words without accounting for tones or even distinct vowels. So if you've got a long word it's probably correct, because even without tone marks there's only one match. But if it a short, basic word like "eat," what you're hearing is probably another word spelled with the same letters but different tones and/or vowels. They could have corrected that if they had asked any Vietnamese speaker to double-check it before posting. But they're also making a bullshit claim that this will help you learn in your sleep, so they obviously don't have any standards. Just gotta get those clicks.

Sorry, pretty much any Vietnamese will be northern dialect. My family is from the south and I didn’t grow up speaking Viet, and if I ever learn I’ll have an American northern accent and they will be hard for me to understand but that’s the reality
