Tapioca starch / corn starch / potato starch: 30 Gr

(if using fish sauce contained MSG: 20 gr)
Sugar: 20 Gr
Water to cook the sauce: 20 Gr
Minced Garlic: 20 Gr
Sliced Lemongrass: 25 Gr
Minced onion head: 15 Gr
Sliced scallions: 20 Gr
