Four of my favorite comfort foods! Although, being a Vietnamese person, I don't think it's ever as good as when my mom makes them 😂❤️ Her homemade pho (I don't have a vietnamese keyboard or else I'd type the names completely in Vietnamese) and bun bo hue is sooooooooooooooo good, but they are completely different dishes btw. To my understand at least, bun no hue isn't a different version of pho.

Y'all should come experience some Ramen (among everything else too) down here in Houston, TX. There are so many diverse cultures like Middle Eastern, Mexican, Mediterranean, Indian, but also includes Asian areas of town with Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai... so many authentic flavors and restaurants. I've never experienced so many authentic foods in one city, but I love it here and all the different cultures. I work in home health, and a lot of my patients are Asian and Mexican, but when I go out to eat, a lot of the restaurants have the same aromas and feel as people's homes. It's such a wonderful experience. YUM! Great video :)

Hi, I’m Vietnamese and I hate it when people get spring rolls and egg rolls mixed up. So Pho is pronounced like “fuhh” like when you say the f word haha. And then egg rolls are the fried rolls you’re eating. Spring rolls are the fresh rolls you’re eating. Spring rolls are named that way because it’s suppose to be refreshing like the spring season. Egg rolls are named that way because typically it’s wrapping has egg in it. Sas, your soup was bun bo hue, which is not pho at all. It’s a different meal/soup. Your husband’s however, does look like typical pho.
