Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls with Shrimp and Chicken: Tips for Making them great!

I’m going to show you how to make the simplest version of Vietnamese spring rolls, the one with shrimp and chicken.
It’s a simple, healthy and tasty dish with its dipping sauce.
👩‍🍳 Ingredients for 10 rolls (4 people):
10 rice paper (28cm or 11 inches diameter)
10 oz cooked shrimp
1 chicken breast
5 oz rice noodles
10 small salad leaves
5 mint sprigs
0.7 oz cilantro
½ cucumber
1 carrot
salt
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
“nuoc cham” spring roll dipping sauce
3 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
