10 rice paper (28cm or 11 inches diameter)
10 oz cooked shrimp
1 chicken breast
5 oz rice noodles
10 small salad leaves
5 mint sprigs
0.7 oz cilantro
½ cucumber
1 carrot
salt
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
“nuoc cham” spring roll dipping sauce
3 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
