Hi. I have question. Is this salad standalone dish or should I cook rice for it too or something? Is it good for breakfast? May I do this in the evening and serve salad in the morning?

Hello! This is a standalone dish. In Vietnamese cuisine, this is for appetizer or snack. Vietnamese don’t eat salad for breakfast. Check out some Vietnamese ribs recipe…it goes very well with steam rice. Or you may want to try Fish sauce chicken wings. It’s a great appetizer too. 💕

Ok thanks for answer. I'm colecting recipes for my probably future daughter in law visit. I was plannig to cook crispy chicken with tomato rise from yours recipes for dinner with my country chicken broth for first course. For dessert I will bake pandan honeycomb cake and also my cake ( hope she will like it). Don't know what to cook for breakfast. She likes my country cousine too, but usually what's she likes is for dinner not breakfast. Well they will visit us in November so I have something time
