Vietnamese pancakes
Ingredient:
1 package of 500g pancake flour
500g Coconut milk (squeezed from 700g grated coconut) (if using canned milk, boil 1 400ml can + 100ml water)
2 cans of carbonated water 320ml
2 eggs (60g)
1 cup green onions
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 pinch of salt
1 splash of fish sauce
Cake filling:
400g Pork belly
200g shrimp
500g Cassava Root
50g Carrots
1/2 Onion
1 little green onion head
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon seasoning powder
1 little sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Fish sauce:
100ml Fish sauce
100g Sugar
50ml Vinegar
50ml Filtered water
1 little chopped garlic and chili
Pickle:
100g Carrots
100g White radish
200ml Vinegar
30g Sugar
