Vietnamese people have a strong taste in meat dishes, they use a spice called Fish Sauce, this spice is salty and is present in all Vietnamese dishes just like Indians. Use Curry. You can imagine this stir-fried chicken dish has a sweet and salty taste with the scent of lemongrass and fragrant lemon leaves. I've eaten this dish a few times while in Vietnam, it's really delicious. As for that chicken breed called Dong Tao chicken, it originated in Vietnam. The Indian weather will probably also be very suitable for farming, you can buy it and try raising it. This chicken curry is truly a culinary masterpiece.

I was freaked out at first as well. Its a breed of chicken called Dong Tao from Vietnam.

It's called overbreeding. The practice of selective breeding of domesticated animals and plants for desired traits to the point that the resultant offspring is genetically severely impeded. The prime examples are French bulldogs. They suffer from chronic breathing impairment and have multiple other chronic conditions, for the sake of having a cute face. Before condemning people raising Dong Tao chickens, maybe also think about millions of milk cows with udders so huge that they suffer from chronic infection. The list goes on. From what I could gather, Dong Tao chickens are technically healthy, though having treetrunk legs cannot be much fun.
