Dustin's pronunciation has always been superb compared to most Westerners. He really grasps the phonetics and cadence of the language. Unfortunately, if he doesn't use it, he'll lose it a bit. But he's definitely got a talent for tonality that the majority of people do not. I think him teaching in the north (he made educational videos up there so likely learned a lot) and him living in the south helped him a lot.

You can find the banh xeo in most major cities in the US with a large population of Vietnamese such as Houston, San Jose, LA, and Dallas. But, you may not get as much variety of the herbs. The big leaves you see in this video is mustard greens which you can substitute with green or red leave lattus. They mix rice flour and tapioca powder to make the creeps. It is best to eat this right off of the stove because it will get soaky and lose its crunchiness in about half an hour. The salty limes require a couple of years to age in a large clay jar.

Trường hợp họ cảm thấy không hợp khẩu vị với các món ăn ở Việt Nam cũng không sao. Nếu họ chê cách chế biến không hợp vệ sinh thì bản thân người bán hàng nên chú trọng việc vệ sinh vật dụng nấu ăn. I equate the salted lemonade to as “organic Gatorade”. I know it’s not correct but it functions in similar fashion in that it replaces the lost salt from the heat and humidity while the lemon and sugar provide the vitamins and short burst of energy. I’ve always thought VN should package it in a classy glass bottle and sell it as organic energy/vitamin drink.
