Jurrors do not have to be neutral. They have to be able to fairly weigh the evidence and make a fair assessment of the facts as presented. Then vote to acquit, or convict. Of course we are always affected by our own feelings as you seem to refer to but when you are told about possible bias and how the law works in relation to this specific trial jurors are very good at setting aside their personal feelings.
