Mark, Get you some Magnesium supplements. Low levels of magnesium can be a factor. Also if you haven't tried Melatonin, it's also very good. Safe travels.

Great picture quality with that camera Shoestring. We're headed to Alaska the first two weeks of August to fish. Taking a float plane into Pelican from Juneau and planning to harvest both Salmon and Halibut.
