@@ariesdaimler5094 It’s definitely not easy but there’s definitely ways to do some research! If a friend or sibling has one, you can ask their opinions. If it’s insurance based, you can ask your parents if you can look for a new provider under that insurance, usually the websites give a list of providers covered under that insurance. I understand not having the right type of therapist, and they can help to a point but eventually there’s going to be a wall for their ability to understand you and someone else is going to be better so you aren’t wasting your time.
