To me, a no brainer... within budget, character, storage despite no garage, and turn key. I love the upside down layout, I would choose that in my dream home - maximize view when you're in living space, instead of in bed, and always nicer to have cooler bedrooms for sleeping IMO. Love the windows and high ceilings in livingroom, which isn't possible with traditional 2-storey layout
