Do you two have jobs? Yes! We both have full time careers. Brian is a Software Engineer and Kerry is a Graphic Designer.
Is this vlog a paid promotion with the cruise line? No, we have never worked with a cruise line before (I doubt they even know who we are 😂). If that ever changes, we will be sure to let you know in the video.
What are those black pouches around your neck? We use the lanyards to carry some camera equipment, but many cruisers like to wear lanyards to hold their room key card.
What camera do you use? We typically use the DJI Pocket II, however, when we are in the water we use the Go Pro Hero 9, and in Alaska we occasionally used the Nikon P1000 for wildlife shots. What is a GUSS? GUSS is our name for a Towel Animal! It is a childhood memory for Brian that has lived on for years. You can see the home video moment where GUSS was born in Adventure of the Seas Day 6 (We Made the News) and Allure of the Seas Day 3 (Sea Day).
Is that one thing you said serious? Almost certainly not. If you’re new to the channel, we have really dry, sarcastic senses of humor. So if you’re questioning if it’s sarcasm - it probably is.
How do I ask a dinner time question? Leave a comment on any video and let us know it’s supposed to be answered at dinner time. We’re always looking for new questions (even if the next cruise we can answer it on is a long long way out).
Is it really pronounced CoCo “Key”? Royal Caribbean has said itself that it is pronounced “Key” in a FAQ of their own here: creative.rccl..... To each their own on this pronunciation!
When and how did you meet? We met in February of 2020 via a dating app. We answer this question in more detail in our Independence of the Seas Day 2 (Swimming with Pigs) video.

Out of the three cruises I've been on (All NCL), their premium internet is amazing. I was able to upload photos & videos and even stream. I wonder if it's just different on different ships. We really need to try Royal & Virgin but we get loyalty rewards with NCL so we're not sure how to try out another cruise line without it being super expensive.

I really loved our Crown Loft Suite we had back when Oasis was new. I was spoiled for all our future cruises. The suite sun deck on Oasis should have had a hot tub. And when we went up there we were the only people up there. It seemed quite pointless to be up there. Maybe they put one up there later on? I agree that the balcony is big enough in the suite but it sure would have been nice if they had a hot tub like the Royal Suite.

Yes we went in April and had that issue too! There were still remnants later in the year but not as bad as spring time! And I get Brian! I am very sensitive to Scents/fragrances

My dad used to work at the Text to city oil refinery And he retired when it marathon bought it And osha started making them wear hydrogen sulfide Monitors Which hydrogen sulfide is H2S And it is very bad for you. It is colorless gas with small af rotten eggs I'm pretty sure that if you had a h2s monitor it would be going off like crazy And the reason why you get hydrogen so fired from seaweed is from the oil that is in it

So I just went on Icon recently and stayed in a suite that’s Sky level and I swear the Suite Sun Deck is what made the trip for me! I loved how it was never hard to get a chair any time of the day and they waited on you hand and foot. It spoiled me 😂

Hydrogen sulfide gas when added to moisture, like in eyeballs or moist membranes, turns into sulfuric acid and causes a burning sensation. Albeit a weak concentrarion of sulfuric acid. Either way, not a pleasant experience.

On Icon of the seas they substituted the Ultimate Abyss to a Bungy Jump. Just be careful if you plan to do it. If you end up in the water RC will not pick you up. Its in the fine print of the waiver.
