The narrow boat with the cow and a 99 cornet was very cute. I had no idea they did a river cruise in York we only used to go to the Shambles. This is a beautiful video and such great weather. Have a nice weekend.

Hi Norman, thanks for popping by. Was lucky to visit during one of the heatwaves in England this Summer. I'd never seen these ice-cream boats before and looking closer at the second one, I see it's the back of a van which has been placed on a boat. They were very popular!

@@paultsworld That is a very clever conversion! We do miss the 99's and ice cream vans of the UK.

I’ve been to York many times but never thought about going on a river cruise. The weather was lovely and the historic buildings glow in the sunshine. I’ll wait for a summer’s day for the cruise to justify the ice cream. Thanks, Paul.

I'd certainly recommend a nice hot day - I was lucky to have visited York during a heatwave last Summer. I've started to take more river cruises - it always seems to show things from a different perspective. Thanks for the comment and for viewing.

I've been to York several times and I never miss a trip on the York river cruise, unless the river is flooded of course :)

Hi there been great to meet you and cheers from Canada. I have been to York a few years ago and so enjoyed my time and all through central UK especially seeing all the remnants of the Roman Empire was absolutely astonishing. I never got to do the boat tour but think this would be absolutely fantastic and if I can get back again will do for sure. Thank you so much for sharing with us I look forward to more of your videos in the future , stay awesome We are a husband and wife team who do video/photography by day here in Montreal and live streams at night featuring gameshow style shout outs (The wheel of shoutouts & New game called the Pusa Push for under 1k), Q&A's on channel building and growth as well as interviews with Celebrities (two Emmy-award winnings guests and largest channel is 3.5 million followers) and big topics regarding the KZbin platform. Hi Pusa Studios, Thank you for your comments - yes, the Roman ruins are quite interesting throughout Europe. I've spent a bit of time East & West Canada, really loved it; Montreal is quite special. I checked out your thumbnail video - quite enlightening!

hiya Paul! just so we're on the same page, i love you Brits! i have a pal (in the US) from family Rowe. apparently, it is a common name. he is also common. just kidding! you've a significant # of nice HQ video captures on this edit. i appreciated the sped-up bits. i've my "HQ" headset on and will check out the River Cruise now. i'm sure it will not disappoint. :P

Hi Nate, thanks for popping by - I’ve visited the States a lot - love it over there! Thanks for the comment. I was quite pleased with this video as it was the first time I’d used a GoPro in sunny conditions. Comes out quite well with some heavy post production. Cheers Paul

hi Paul! yeah...no one told me that the work in post would require such an investment of time either. ;)

Went on this was a big let down once you leave the crowded town part you then enter a very boring river with nothing to see
