Popped in to the Goldtop base to look at these following your review as I mentioned previously. They are immediately comfortable, and I bought a pair in the nice Wolf Blue colour that you have. I tested them out, first ride was an almost two hundred mile round trip to Skegness, lovely and comfy, and my hands were a nice even temperature all day long. I look forward to using them on my commute into town every day now. They seem to be selling well, judging by the list of orders.

I have 2 pairs of Goldtop gloves and really like them. The one thing they lack that all gloves should have, is the ability to work with touch screen phones.

Chad Mensch I unplug with music and I would like to control said music when I’m riding. I’m not stopping and taking my glove off every time I want to change songs or what not.

Have just started using the Goldtop Bobber gloves. They fit like a .......nope, not going to say it. Quality is top notch and worth every penny. I’ve ridden about 500 miles with them now and they have molded to my hands quite nicely. The cognac color is beautiful, and I suppose I’m a bit odd but I love the rich smell of the leather. If perfume manufacturers really wanted to make a product that made women more attractive this would be what it smelled like! Forget all that flowery rubbish 😂

Would you say the GoldTop gloves run large? I am between the M and L in size (~8.5 in circumference) and not sure which size to get (I am in the US so not able to try them on). How well does the leather stretch over time? I generally like them snug to start as leather stretches.

Fit depends a little on the style, but I would say they are pretty accurate. An 8.5 inch should be a medium from memory? You do get some stretch in th leather as they bed in yes

I’m in London in 2-3 weeks time, and I rather fancy those blue ones for summer commuting. I always liked the old Goldtop stuff.

Nice one Tony. I’m going to visit the recently opened Goldtop shop and buy a pair on Friday as it’s down the road from Armadillo Customs where I’m getting a pair of Conti Road Attack 3s fitted. Any personal view on this tyre sir? I can’t help but to think of the Gold top milk that my Nan use to buy when I was a kid when I see this brand name.

They are perforated so not so good in the rain or cold. For urban use you might get away with them

as far as sizing, what size are you wearing and what is your palm measurment? My palm measures roughly 8.75 and im trying to figure out what size i should get. Do they run small, large, etc. Thanks!

I would say they run pretty true to size, most of my gloves are a size 8 or medium, some like halvarssons i find come up a bit smaller. At 8.75 I would say you are close to a large.

@@mancavemoto So the large says on their sizing chart that it's for 8.5 inch palms and the XL is for 9.... so being right in the middle, should i go with the large or XL in your opinion?

@@eli14eli14 my palm is an 8 and the predator fits nicely, with a bit of room, not super tight. I reckon the 8.5 might be enough. But Goldtop do offer a free exchange service if the orignal size ordered doesnt fit
